Story
Our student often email staff with questions related to the homework they have been set. Staff often find it difficult to identify emails recieved from students in a long list of unread emails. So we now have two email systems within school, one for staff only and one for students to staff.
Impact
Staff are able to responding to higher priority emails from students more effectively.
