Story

The student support portal gives instant communication to all staff about any behaviour issues, attendance and the whereabouts of any extracted students. The parent portal communicates instantly with parents about behaviour and rewards. The student common room portal displays all encouragement activities such as league tables and commendations.

Impact

Staff are reassured about the whereabouts of students and can submit instant referrals about detentions and progress concerns. These are directed by email to the relevant person. We've improved communication and removed the need for printed slips. Various activities in Frog has led to healthy competition with students. The tight communication that we provide through Frog has also led to a drastic reduction in extractions.
